The conference is the brainchild of Black Lawyers for Justice and its leader, civil and human rights attorney Malik Shabazz, a D.C. resident and entrepreneur. DC Health Link outreach teams will distribute information and promotional items as well as answer questions about the upcoming Open enrollment Period which begins November 1 and run through January 31.
