DC Health Link Executive Director, Mila Kofman and staff will brief Council staff on DC Health Link for the 3rd Open Enrollment Period and answer questions. Information on the steps to take to get consumer concerns resolved and addressed by DC Health Link as well as information about the new consumer decision support tool that helps pair people with the most appropriate plan will also be shared. In addition, the various outreach strategies to be employed to educate and enroll consumers during the 3rd Open Enrollment Period (Nov. 1, 2015 – Jan. 31, 2016) will be discussed along with ways in which the Council staff can help with outreach will be shared.
