National African American Enrollment Week of Action coincides with DC Restaurant Week. DC Health Link has partnered with three local restaurants to spread the word about enrolling in quality, affordable health insurance before the January 31 deadline. Participating establishments of the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) will place DC Health Link information tent cards on restaurant tables. As the waiter staff take meal orders from customers, the waiter will encourage customers to take a moment to review the table tent cards and use the QR code to learn about health insurance options with lower premiums for 2022 and take the steps to enroll in an affordable health insurance plan. The idea is for customers to not only to settle-in to enjoy a good meal, but to also learn about affordable health insurance plans on DCHealthLink.com, which is as simply as a few clicks away.
