DC Health Link Executive Director of Communications, External Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement, Dr. Linda Wharton Boyd and staff will brief the Mayor’s community affairs staff about DC Health Link for the 3rd Open Enrollment Period. Information on the steps to take with getting consumer concerns resolved and addressed by DC Health Link as well as information about the new consumer decision support tool that helps pair people with the most appropriate plan will also be shared. In addition, the various innovative outreach strategies to be employed to educate and enroll consumers during the 3rd Open Enrollment Period (Nov. 1, 2015 – Jan. 31, 2016) along with how the MOCA can help will be discussed. A Q & A session will follow the informal presentation.
