DC Health Link's "We Care" campaign, which consists of in-person and virtual enrollment pop-up events and town hall conversations, is designed to support federal employees impacted by recent Federal government downsizing. Pop-up events at central locations throughout the city offer impacted employees, contractors and grantees free expert enrollment help and information on a special enrollment period (SEP)that allows for employees directly impacted to enroll in health insurance outside of the regular open enrollment period.
