Second meeting of the Producer (Broker and Agents) Advisory Committee.  Due to technical difficulties, the telephone line at the first meeting on March 20, 2013 did not work.  Please accept our apologies.  No votes were taken at that meeting. The minutes from the first meeting will be reviewed at this second meeting.

At this second meeting,  the agenda includes a continued discussion of the Exchange certification education and of the broker/carrier contracts relative to the Exchange. Under new items, a discussion relative to Broker of Record, which involves the process for changing from one broker to another, or from not having a broker to designating a broker will  be held along with a discussion of broker enrollment of eligible individuals into public programs.
