The DC Health Link Open Enrollment Kick-off Day & Health Fair is designed to officially open the 2018 health insurance Open Enrollment Period, which begins November 1, 2017 and runs through January 31, 2018. The Fair will provide an opportunity for District residents, small business owners and their employees to learn about and enroll in quality, affordable health insurance through DC Health Link, the District's online health insurance marketplace.
