DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority executive director, Mila Kofman, will join NASHP for a new webinar examining the state role in prohibiting discrimination under the ACA. The  panel of experts—representing insurance marketplaces, state departments of insurance, carrier and consumer advocates, and researchers—will discuss impacts of nondiscrimination requirements on insurance markets as well as questions that remain regarding enforcement and future concerns for meeting non-discrimination concerns.

DC Health Link at National Association of Health Underwriters Free Broker Registration Session

DC Health Link, in partnership with The National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) will host a free broker registration session (CE credits available).  Participants will learn about DC Health Link Policies and participate in DC Health Link Systems training.  The session is open to brokers for small groups offering health insurance coverage directly through a carrier in the District of Columbia, and groups renewing coverage through DC Health Link beginning July 1, 2016. It is also opened to registered DC Health Link brokers whose 2 year registration expires soon.
