This year their achieving the Dream 2020: Strengthening our roots, blossoming for the future will be host on Thursday, April 2nd, 2020. At the Sonia Gutierrez Campus. The School, which has its roots in the Program of English Instruction for Latin Americans started in the 1970s, was under the D.C. Public Schools system until the District’s financial crisis in the early nineties forced its closure.

The Latino Student Fund provides opportunities for a strong academic foundation to underserved Pre K-12th-grade students of Hispanic descents. By providing year-round, out-of-school-time programs for low-income, at-risk students and their families, we increase levels of educational attainment in the community.
