(Washington, DC) – Today, DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority (HBX) Executive Director Mila Kofman announces that Luis Vasquez is rejoining HBX in a new role, Director of Business Development. As a member of the HBX Senior Leadership Team, Vasquez will lead DC Health Link’s business development and retention to support District small businesses and non-profits on DC Health Link. DC Health Link covers approximately 5,300 District employers providing health insurance to their employees.
