Open Enrollment Community Day Kick-off and Health Fair is an opportunity for District residents, small business owners and their employees to enjoy the official launch of the DC Health Link FY 2025 Open Enrollment season, which begins November 1, and runs through January 31, 2025. A brief ceremonial program will begin at 11:00 am to announce that the DC Health Link marketplace is open for business.
