In recognition of the National African American Enrollment Week of Action, DC Health Link in partnership with the Kaiser Permanente Center for Total Health will host a Noon Day Conversation Town Hall entitled, “Focus on the Facts: COVID-19 Vaccines and Communities of Color.” Many in communities of color across the country have expressed mistrust in the American health care system and are reluctant to take the COVID-19 vaccine, a situation attributed to the enduring legacy of egregious medical mistreatment in America.
