The Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) and SCORE will host a half day workshop to assist individuals and small business owners in learning how to respond to a federal request for proposal (RFP). The course addresses all aspects of the proposal development lifecycle to include: pre-proposal actions, proposal schedule development, RFP shredding, developing a compliant proposal outline, proper response and management activities, proposal reviews, and proposal production/delivery. Best practices and techniques for proposal development will be presented.
