The Marketing and Consumer Outreach Committee is responsible for branding the Health Benefit Exchange (HBX) and formulating strategies to educate the public regarding the existence of the Exchange and outreach as to how it functions, including the establishing the Navigator Program.
Legislative Study Areas
The design and operation of the Authority’s Navigator, In-Person and Assister Programs as well as any other appropriate consumer-assistance mechanisms; and
How the Authority should conduct its public relations and advertising campaign.
